About us
Dr NM Joosab
Dr Noor Mohammed Joosab LRCP.LRCS.LLM. (IREL)MbChb(NUI) graduated in 1977, at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. He completed his internship at the King Edward Hospital in Durban, in 1977 and 1978. He then worked at the outpatient and trauma unit at the RK Khan Hospital and McCord Hospital in Durban. He attained his comprehensive experience in peadiatrics by working at the pediatric unit at the King Edward VIII Hospital. He opened a General Practice in Phoenix on the 1st of June 1980, and has been practicing in the area for 42 years. Longbury Medical Centre is a one-stop health service that offers a host of comprehensive medical services with an experienced optometrist, Mrs Praleka Arjan, a dental therapist, Ms Candice Pillay, and a well stocked pharmacy- Longbury Pharmacy.
